The building is one of the thirty eight remaining in Stockholm suburban mansions that were built in the early 17th century as a summer residence for the nobility of the city. Typical of them were beautiful and extensive gardens, where it is often grown herbs. When Virvytė and his business partner Sekpil lived here with their families, they were in the garden of 80 fruit trees.

Later, over the years, the house was a silk store, a school for troubled teens, housing for workers, offices of political parties, as well as the Swedish Association of Architects. That"s all for 240 years after the construction of the mansion. Can you imagine all that was in the building. They say that it is sometimes persecuted.
